Attorney Discepolo started her own practice in October of 2009.

She offers representation to individuals and businesses in the areas of Business Litigation and Disputes, Consumer Rights, Collection, Employment Law, Foreclosure Defense, Lender Liability, Truth in Lending, Unfair Trade Practices, Personal Injury and General Civil Litigation.

She started her career as a law clerk to a United States District Judge and has worked in large, medium, and small law firms.

Bar Admissions
Attorney Discepolo is admitted to the state bars of Massachusetts, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and the following federal and appellate bars: the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court of Connecticut. She has also appeared pro hac vice on behalf of clients where necessary, most recently in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine.

Education
Ms. Discepolo received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. In 1995 she received a Juris Doctor Degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia and graduated cum laude in the top 10% of her class.
